Job Description:
PIN AI is seeking an innovative Head of Marketing to build our marketing strategy from the ground up and scale it further. As a key leadership role, you'll define our marketing strategy, enhance brand visibility, and generate demand through creative and data-driven approaches. You will collaborate with co-founders, product, design, and engineering teams to drive growth.
We are looking for a candidate with proven thought leadership, capable of driving innovation and providing strategic insights to shape and influence the future of our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.

Lead demand generation and customer acquisition efforts.

Build brand awareness through content, PR, and partnerships.

Measure and optimize marketing performance.

Organize offline conferences, and parties, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to build a strong network and community.
Required Experience & Skills:

Marketing Leadership: Experience leading and scaling marketing strategies, particularly in tech-driven sectors like AI and blockchain.

Industry Knowledge: 3+ years of experiences. Strong understanding of AI, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems is highly desirable.

Growth Strategy: Expertise in driving user acquisition, brand building, and community engagement.

Digital Marketing: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
